The Saratoga College Virtual Internship Program, founded by Braathe Enterprises founder Robert Braathe, recently hired its 60th intern this past week to participate in its innovative 5 month internship program.

Students from all over the United States have participated in this program that is designed with the student in mind.  In order for the students to participate, they need to submit a “Resume From The Future” which identifies the 5-6 goals or achievements the student wants to have after completing the Virtual Internship Program.  This foresighted plan allows the intern and the company to meet common goals and seek projects that will fulfill those goals.

Students from Penn State, Ohio State, Skidmore College, and Schenectady County Community College are just a few of the schools represented.  The most popular school to date with the Saratoga College Virtual Internship Program has been the University of Southern California, where over 10 interns have either participated or will be participating in a Summer 2012 or Fall 2012 internship.

Saratoga College professor Robert Braathe will be offering a special $199 two night class to assist you to set up your own WordPress Website.  It will be held at the Manfred Learning Center.

This two session interactive course over two weeks will enable you to setup your web hosting account, setup the framework of WordPress and how to use tools like widgets and plugins to make your website visible on search engines and to people you want finding you. Included in this course is 14 days of support after the two class meetings for questions related to the development of your site.
